PREMIUM SERIES
This series was once known as our standard series homes. The premium series homes are built with R-27 sidewalls, R-50 ceiling insulation and a heat recovery ventilator unit to maintain a healthy, energy efficient home. This series allows for the most flexiblity in design and options. Homes that are built 2 sections wide are availlable in 24', 26', 28', 30' and 32' widths. We build ranch, raised ranch, 2-story, loft, tri-levls and multi-section homes. We have an excellent design team that will work with you and your authorized Pittsville Homes builder to come up with a floor plan that suits your needs and wants.
